PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION TIME
Our processing times vary depending on the type of product ordered. Every item is fully customized and handmade, so delivery is typically within 7-10 days. This may vary if your custom item has additional customization.
SHIPPING DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES
- Once a carrier takes possession of a package, it is out of our control, and we only have information provided by the carrier's online tracking system.
- If you believe that your package has been lost in transit, please file an inquiry with UPS. In the event that a domestic package is not delivered after 21 days in transit, we will consider the package lost and send a replacement.
UNDELIVERABLE/RETURNED PACKAGES
- SparklySRQ is not responsible if you provide a wrong shipping address. Please verify your shipping address before processing the payment. If you notice your address is incorrect, please contact us by email ASAP to see if we can make the necessary changes. Please reference your order number when emailing us.
- Once an order has shipped, we do NOT stop a package and change its destination.
- If an order is returned to us for the package being undelivered or unable to forward - we do not reship the package for free. There is a $5 reship fee and a new address will need to be provided by the customer.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
- SparklySRQ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
- Your order may be subject to custom fees or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower custom fees.
- However, the amount does depend on the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.
DAMAGES
- SparklySRQ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
